Saturday, March 26, 2011 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm):

Kids’ Day – Fun filled day of activities, including snow and sledding, magic and juggling, an appearance by Ronald McDonald, live entertainment, face painting, animal balloons, child safety IDs and a performance by the San Diego Guild of Puppetry.

Saturday, April 2, 2011 (11:00 am to 2:00 pm):

Red Hat Ladies’ Day/Style Show –The Flower Fields Red Hatters invite you to a “Hoot” on April 2nd, 2011. Picture yourself among 50 acres of bright ranunculus flowers enjoying live entertainment, strawberry shortcake, door prizes, Red Hat vendors and a wonderful style show! Tickets and reservations are required.

Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3, 2011 (9:00 am to 6:00 pm):

Arts & Crafts Fair – Featuring an array of outstanding paintings, photography, pottery and crafts created by the best of Southern California’s artisans. Stroll among the arts and crafts, listen to live music and enjoy delicious heart-shaped strawberries grown in local San Diego fields.

Bluegrass Day – Enjoy a free concert filled with the sounds of Bluegrass music, old-time jams with bands Pickin’ in the Posies and Fiddlin’ in the Flowers, and more!

Bonsai Show & Sale – Enjoy the unique blending of art and horticulture at the bonsai exhibition and sale.

Mother’s Day Celebration – Join the folks of the Flower Fields for the final day of the 2011 season as they honor Moms on their special day.

The Flower Fields of Carlsbad is located at 5704 Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad, CA, directly above the Outlet Mall and roughly two miles away from Legoland California and the SeaLife Aquarium. The Flower Fields is open to the public daily from March 1, 2011 through to May 8, 2011, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Admission is $10.00 for adults; $9.00 for Seniors (aged 60+) and $5.00 for children ages 3 to 10. Children 2 and under are free. Season passes are also available ($10.00 – $20.00).
