Get ready for some fun-filled entertainment for the entire family this Saturday, November 19, 2011! Hosted by the San Diego New Children’s Museum, this free and family friendly event, dubbed “The Platt Party” features the entertaining antics of the Platt Brothers. If you got a glimpse of The Platt Brothers and their energizing performance at the Museum’s Block Party, then you know why this group has been invited back for a full-scale celebration. Kids and families can also rock out with a live DJ and get their faces painted for free during this event.
About the Platt Brothers: The Platt Brothers are real-life brothers whose comedic dance and acrobatics have taken them from local San Diego stages to tours across the US, and internationally broadcast performances with Cirque du Soleil, America’s Got Talent, and the Chabad Telethon. Their spirited performances and workshops stress the importance of imagination, physical activity, and healthy lifestyles.
The San Diego New Children’s Museum’s Platt Party free children’s concert takes place on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 12:00 pm (noon) to 4:00 pm in the Park across from the San Diego New Children’s Museum (located at 200 West Island Avenue) in Downtown San Diego and is easily accessible from the MTS Convention Center Trolley stop, Seaport Village and the Gaslamp Quarter. This is a free, family friendly event.
