Deals, Discounts, Coupons & Freebies for SD Fair
Admission Deals:
$4.00 Fair Days – Enjoy discount admission to the SD Fair on Friday, June 8 (Opening Day), and Tuesday, June 12, 2012. These special discount four dollar Fair admission tickets are available only at Albertsons/Sav-on and will not be sold at the Fairgrounds. (Note: a $10.00 minimum purchase at Albertsons/Sav-on is required, using your Albertsons Preferred Card; each ticket is valid for either June 8, 2012 or June 12, 2012 only).
Kids’ Day – Every Tuesday is Kids’ Day at the Fair! Kids can take part in activities specially designed for the younger set, and all kids 12 and younger get free admission to the Fair!
Free Admission Reading Program – Children 12 and younger who read ten or more age-appropriate books and have that accomplishment verified by a teacher or librarian, get free admission any day of the Fair by presenting the completed and signed certificate at the Admission Gate. (Note: Click here to download your Reading Program Certificate Form).
Best Pass Ever Season Pass – Enjoy all 24 days of the Fair for just $24.00.
Discount Tickets at Albertsons – Adults can get $2.00 off and bypass the ticket line when you pre-purchase your Fair tickets at your local Albertsons grocery store. Regular-price Senior and Children’s tickets are also available at Albertsons. No minimum purchase required for these tickets.
Seniors’ Discount – Those aged 62 and older are admitted to the Fair for the discount price of $7.00 every day of the Fair!
Military Discount – Those in the military can buy their tickets on Base and save. You also can pick up a program of major Fair events and a special “Military Value Sheet” with more than 40 Fair vendor coupons. Military discount tickets are available for purchase on base only to the following customers with appropriate Military ID: active duty, dependants, reservists, retirees, and DoD employees. Military discounts are not available at the Fair admission gate, and are subject to availability at the base ticket offices.
