San Diego 4th of July Fireworks 2012

La Jolla Cove Fireworks – A San Diego tradition for nearly 25 years, enjoy a dazzling fireworks display and concert at the La Jolla Cove.

Mission Bay Yacht Club: Fireworks Display and Boat Parade – The Mission Bay Yacht Club will not be hosting their very own major fireworks celebration and boat parade on Mission Bay this year.

Old Town San Diego: Independence Day Celebration – Enjoy an old fashioned 4th of July celebration with a parade, crafts and activities of early San Diego. Wagon rides, period games, music, food specials, pie eating contest and much more are included in this afternoon of family friendly fun. This event takes place during the day; no fireworks scheduled.

Imperial Beach: Big Bay Boom – Imperial Beach will host its annual 4th of July celebration with a fireworks show from the end of the pier. Fireworks will let loose from a barge near the IB pier and will synchronize with fireworks in San Diego Bay.

National City: 4th of July Carnival and Fireworks - Five days of festivities take place in Kimball Park in National City (June 29 – July 4, 2012), with fireworks on July 4, 2012.

Chula Vista Fireworks – The Chula Vista Bayfront Fireworks and Celebrate Chula Vista Festival events will not be held in 2012.

Ocean Beach Fireworks Celebration – With their own set, music and fireworks display, OB celebrates the 4th of July with a style all its own. Fireworks will be launched from the foot of the Ocean Beach Pier at 9:00 pm.

July Fourth in 4S Ranch – Enjoy food, games, bounces, waterslides, snacks and more at the 4S Ranch Community Carnival and Street Faire in Linear Park, then gather your friends and neighbors and head over to Del Norte High School for a fantastic fireworks celebration at dusk.

Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch Fireworks, Parade and Family Fun Day – A full day of family friendly fun and festivities is planned, ending with a fireworks display set off from the Mira Mesa High School fields and enjoyed by many who gather at locations such as Mira Mesa Community Park or at Miramar Lake in Scripps Ranch.

Poway: Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks – Head over to Old Poway Park for some old-fashioned 4th of July activities from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm and come back at night for a fireworks show at the Poway Park High School.
