Free Outdoor Concerts Fridays in El Cajon
Get ready for another fantastic concert season of free outdoor concerts in El Cajon! A free, family friendly event, Concerts on the Promenade (formerly ‘Concerts on the Green’) is a popular weekly outdoor summer concert series featuring top entertainers every Friday evening from May through September 2012.
Concert-goers can enjoy many genres of music all summer long during 22 weeks of dancing, music, food, amazing opportunity drawings and fun! Mark your calendars for Friday nights; Downtown El Cajon is sizzling all summer long!

- July 20, 2012 – Petty Breakers – Tribute Band Rock
- July 27, 2012 – Soul Persuaders – Funk/Rock
- August 3, 2012 – Firefly – Contemporary Rock
- August 10, 2012 – Tom Hyatt and the Sundown Riders – Western
- August 17, 2012 – Berkley Hart – Acoustic
- August 24, 2012 – The Mardells – Nostalgic Rock
- August 31, 2012 – Buzz Campbell & Hot Rod Lincoln
- September 7, 2012 – Back to the Garden – Tribute Band Rock
- September 14, 2012 – The Soultones – Mowtown/R&B/Soul
- September 21, 2012 – Caliber – Contemporary Classic Rock
- September 28, 2012 – Sue Palmer – Boogie Woogie
The 2012 Concerts on the Promenade concert series takes place on Fridays from May 4, 2012 through to September 28, 2012 in Downtown El Cajon. All concerts take place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This is a free, family friendly event.
