Jazz Musicians Invited to Jam with Professionals at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido

Calling local musicians of all ages: show off your musical talent on stage at the Jazz Jam Sessions at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido! Bring your instrument and jam with professional jazz musicians on the Center’s stellar outdoor stage in front of a live audience! Jazz Jam Sessions will take place Fridays in August.

Not a performer? Not a problem! Come out with your family and friends (and some lawn chairs) and enjoy a great night of free, impromptu jazz under the summer stars!

Make it a truly special night by reserving a seat ($7.00 per seat) at one of the cabaret tables and/or enjoy a delicious gourmet bistro box ($7.00 each) featuring Mediterranean flavors from La Farfalle Restaurant to turn your evening into a unique experience you won’t soon forget!.

The Jazz Jam Sessions take place every Friday night in August – August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2012 – from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. All participants must bring their own instruments.

The California Center for the Arts, Escondido is located at 340 North Escondido Boulevard, Escondido, CA. The Jazz Jam Sessions will take place at the open air, outdoor stage in Lyric Court. RSVP is requested, as space is limited; call (800) 988-4253 to reserve your seat. This event is free and open to the public.
